SONY DADC Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at SONY DADC

Pros – The benefits are very good. The ability to work around family life and Military duties is very good, at least for us salaried employees in the Digital Works department.

Cons – In the Digital Works group, there isn't really any room for advancement. We are a small group with varied talents and specific expertise. There is generally only one position any of us would fit in and only one position available for any of us to be in with little to no chance of changing job title, description, responsibilities, etc.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep giving people to flexibility to work around family, military, or other commitments and keep the good benefits and the lack of opportunity for advancement will continue to not matter all that much.
