I worked at SOS Employment Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Co-workers, support from home office is great, excellent company culture, best screened employees (not staff) in the area, competitive products to offer to clients
Cons – Where to start? Company seems to hire family or friends over QUALIFIED/EXPERIENCED applicants for staff positions. RVP comes around once a quarter, and considers this "leading the branch." Expected to work 24/7 and answer all calls while on vacation. Unfair commissions if type of business is not "our branch" specialty (lost commissions on over $2M in sales). Company does not seem to appreciate what staff does for it, and will replace any non-friend/family with family/friend that will work for a lower rate of pay.
Advice to Senior Management – Just learn to be FAIR to your staff, and compensate them for the good work they do.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
