    I worked at SPARTA

    Pros

Good facility, good coworkers, likely to be a better place to work once Parsons implements the inevitable changes, some good managers to work with.

    Cons

No training for CAD system, people placed in project management positions before being trained.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some money for training your people so that they don't have to waste time and money working it out on their own.

    I worked at SPARTA

    Pros

Generous profit sharing plan. Management in some offices is very good. Recently acquired by an employee owned company, which bodes well for SPARTAns.

    Cons

If your position is eliminated from your contract, good luck staying on with the company. They have not been very successful in winning new business lately. Since being acquired, benefits have been cut deeply.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire me to help with proposal efforts, in a lead role. Don't let other companies get away with unfair business practices. Expand into non-defense fields. Systems Engineering can be applied to many types of industries and organizations.
