Pros

Great people make up the majority of the workforce. Clients are varied and there is something for everyone. Great for those who are entrepenaurial and self motivated, who enjoy working alone or on teams, and who can see the good in the company despite its growing pains.

Cons

The CEO lacks the common sense to guide effectively. Reward structure and attempts to standardize the HR processes more penalizing then helpful. Mix of "old guard" and new blood not always effectively used. There is a solid glass ceiling for women - white men still do much better in the company both in terms of opportunity as well as pay.

Advice to Senior Management

Acquisition focused growth is a bad course of action. Invest in current infrastructure and create a more solid foundation for overall corporate growth.
