Pros

They are always hiring billable positions since turnover is high. They do offer good benefits. Company does strive for philanthropy and making a difference in the global community.

Cons

Great senior leadership until the last several years but hope this will change for the sake of the company's future. Former leadership who truly cared about the quality of work, challenging projects, and caring for the staff has not been evident for several years now. Exiting senior leaders with similar "retirements" are causing uneasiness with staff at all levels.

Advice to Senior Management

Stay true to the core culture and values that founded the company. They will take SRA in the right direction once again.
