Pros

I like the opportunities for career growth. There offer a wide variety of choices to develop my technical and managerial skills. I feel I'm part of a team. But, most importantly, I trust the people I work with and don't have to second guess them. Their performance appraisal process is simple and too the point. SRA is certainly better than Northrop Grumman in terms of professional interaction and respect among colleagues. At Northrop Grumman, there were too many ships passing in the night.

Cons

I get the impression that all employees are rated as meeting expectations. They are too Microsoft oriented especially when it comes to VPN access. I have a Mac and can not do much of anything remotely.

Advice to Senior Management

Review the traditions and culture that made this company great. Don't allow acquisitions dilute what makes the company great.
