Pros

My starting salary at SRA was higher than I anticipated/

Cons

When offsite you are disjointed from the rest of the firm. I am yet to meet upper management for my engagment.

Advice to Senior Management

Make a greater effort to reach out to off site employees. They are the ones making the money.
