Pros
The CEO is very creative in acquiring new and different types of companies. This bodes well for this IT publicly-traded company in which employees are able to purchase stock. The CEO has great vision for the company especially in today's economic climate by keeping the portfolio diverse with recent acquisitions of ERA (Air Traffic Systems) and Constella Group (CRO).
Cons
Many of the recent acquisitions are experiencing too much change and may not be profitable. This may lead to some companies being let loose.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay attention to your employees concerns, but do not micromanage. Loyal long-term and proven employees are leaving due to new incoming managers and their unproven methods which changes the face of the organization as a whole; and not necessarily for the better.
