SRA International Employee Review

I worked at SRA International full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – SRA provides good benefit such as tuition reimbursement and pays well

Cons – Employees are dispensable after off a project for 2 weeks. SRA does not do a good job on helping its employee locating another project/assignment.

Advice to Senior Management – There are too many managers and not enough contributors/do-ers on a project. A more "shallow" reporting organization chart will work better and save more money.
