    I worked at SRA International

    Pros

The people I worked with were amazing despite the poor management of the division.
The company provides free online training and some classroom training that is beneficial.
    Great medical and dental benefits.

    Cons

Pay not competitive at all, due to underbidding on contracts.
Most classroom training conducted at Fairlakes, which means that most employees won't be able to partcipate.
Rewards and recognition is not widespread. It seems only Principal level employees are significantly rewarded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees what they are worth.
    Reward employees on all levels.
Offer training to your management staff on how to manage staff.
    Ensure accountability on all levels.
