    Pros

Great products and great marketing! I love the products quality and technology. They put a ton of $ behind marketing so you are always getting a box of SRAM branded goodies in the mail.

    Cons

If you are not part of the club, being as if you don't fit in with the rest of the bunch, it doesn't matter how much sales or revenue you produce, you can be sent home packing before you have time to say goodbye.

    Advice to Management

Quit drinking the kool-aid. Find solutions to existing problems before worrying about new product launches. Focus on growth rather than who is kissing who's you know what.
