I worked at ST Electronics (Singapore) full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Challenging tasks with plenty of opportunities for learning.
Autonomous contribution where there is little or no recognition for good work but not bad too because no one will blame you if the outcome is not within expectation.

    Cons

Little or no guidance provided in tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more people oriented.

I have been working at ST Electronics (Singapore) full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Bonus is good. Some business units give a lot of allowances also

    Cons

Lousy management. Assume people are not working hard enough if they see people leaving on the dot. Like to squeeze employees dry by accepting a lot of new projects but not hiring more people, resulting in the existing employees taking on too many projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show appreciation for staff and not take them for granted. Have more work-life balance so that the turnover rate is not so high.

    No opinion of CEO
