Poor Business Ethics

ProsIt is a good opportunity for those looking for a career in teaching.

ConsPoor business ethics such as hiring and management communication.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen hiring someone find out if they are truly fit for the position. Do not hire them and 2 months later decide they are not competent in the position they are improving upon.

Classroom instruction is run formally, but you also get the chance… Cons: This is not a job to keep long term. No possibility of a raise or increased hours.
