Former Employee – worked at STG International
Pros – If you have the right management in your department you can move up relatively quickly. Unfortunately there are only one or two departments in the entire company where this is possible and you the management turnover is so high you will not know if you are in the right department until you are all ready working there.
Cons – They will overwork you if you let them. 1 out of every ten people who work at headquarters are underpaid and doing the job of 2 and sometimes 3 people. Everyone is frustrated and the internal departments do not work well together. The company is extremely disorganized they have very few set processes and make everything up as they go along. The company is extremely cheap. If you put a binder on the supply list you will literally get a call from the controller asking for justification for the expense (not exaggerating).
Advice to Senior Management – Invest money in efficiency consultants to exam how the company has grown and what changes need to be made to meet the new challenges instead of making everything up as you go along and waiting until things completely break down to start making changes.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
