I have been working at STG

Pros

Great Management, Great Atmosphere... Being that they are small company it makes it easy to get to know everyone quickly

Cons

Low Pay.... Being that they are a small company, if you get tired of your job theres little opportunity to look around for another job...
Leave levels are very very low

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More leave!!! The leave they give you is incredibly low, especially considering they are a small company. They need to increase this asap to be able to compete

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to the wage and hours laws regarding exempt employees.
