ProsGreat place to learn about international business, working with teams and customers in different regions

ConsIt's a EU company which means the priority will always be EU. Also, it is very difficult to grow in this company unless you are very close to upper management.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere should be more focus on building new talent as well as maintaining creativity and energy. It would help if there was HR presence to track employee satisfaction in the US.
