I worked at SUNY Albany as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Todd working environment, friendly folks to work with. Weekly report to the supervisor so there was good communication with management. I got to choose when to work during the week so the balance between work and life was pretty good.

    Cons

Nothing really bad for my position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at SUNY Albany full-time

    Pros

Get away with doing nothing if that is what you want because the management doesn't know enough to judge what is being done.

    Cons

Age bias, personality cults, favoritism, no job security, false promises, skills stagnate from nothing to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get some management education and training for yourselves. Your management skills are even worse than your technical skills.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
