I have been working at SUNY Upstate Medical University

Pros – flexability in scheduling, hours, days off. Excellent staff education and staff involment in best practices, over all I find that the doctors have a genuine respect for the nursing staff. They understand that we are usually the first in line when it comes to direct patient care

Cons – the parking situation is difficult

Advice to Senior Management – listen to your employees they are hands on and can appreciate what needs to be done to offer the patients the best possible outcome
