lots of people are friends outside of work. good team morale on certain teams. welcoming to people outside of the area
Cons
can be very cliquish. if you are not on certain team or under certain GVP ad VP's you can forget it
Advice to Senior Management
make sure they get rid of underperforming employees
stop rewarding bad behaviors
recruit people who have varied experiences outside of retail
