I have been working at SYGMA Network full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good Management, team and solo routes, safety bonus, referral bonus and loyalty bonus. The supervisors work with you to help resolve route issues and make the job as easy as possible.

Cons

The deliveries are mainly at night delivering 30,000 to 40,000 pounds with 12 to 15 stops per route.

    I have been working at SYGMA Network full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    A subsidiary of Sysco Foods makes the company financially stable. It has a good customer core base. Services to Wendy's , Panera Bread Co and Papa Murphy's Pizza chains.

    Cons

    Servicing only 3 chains leaves the fear in the employees. If it were to lose any one chain, the jobs would be cut in half. HR department is unethical and makes people worry about retaliation. Promotions seem to be based on relationships and not ability. Supervisors work long, hard stressful hours, with little pay.

    Advice to Management

    Pay the supervisors more money. They are underpaid and overworked. Watch the doings of HR and find a way to promote through ability and break away from what seems like nepotism.
