ProsThe possibilities to make really good money is there always different incentives and extra work to do also pretty decent staff

ConsOur off days suck and sometimes your loads are seriously screwed up also management doesn't here or care sometimes which makes it harder on the driver. Not organized very well in transportation

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the drivers were the ones doing the work who better to listen too to work problems out than us. Also get better with keeping these trucks in better condition.
