I worked at SYKES full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As a manager if you work for a bigger account (130 agents) you receive a lot of support and resources. Very good trainings for management level.

    Cons

If you work for a small account you receive almost no support. They kept there for a long time team leaders

    Advice to Management

They should make it possible also for small accounts to receive all the support they need (trainers and more involvment from the other support departments) Don't keep in Team Leaders which are no good for those positions. It might be cost efficient, but on a long term it does bad for the teams
