I worked at SYKES full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Some co-workers made the day bearable.

Cons

Where to begin? GROSSLY mismanaged, favoritism, favoritism, favoritism.
Weekly metrics structured so it was impossible to meet goal in all areas.
Benefits too expensive based on wage.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a corporate headhunter sit in on operations for 30 days so in fairness to the employees and the good of the center in general you will have the opportunity to either be (a) retrained and have the opportunity to upgrade your credentials or (b) walked out the door entirely.

    I have been working at SYKES

    Pros

    hard pressed to come up with other then you can buy some good dope easily there.

    Cons

    poor management
    need to drug test the whole center
    if you can walk breathe and say "hello" on the phone more than likely they'll hire you

    bulldoze the place and turn it into a parking lot

    the benefits is good but the pay is not ....the job is for good customer service but the sales counts

    the people sometimes sucks if you were not be able to reach your goal
