Very average and perhaps even sub-par.

ProsA paycheck and nothing more.

ConsBadging in and out, meeting time multiple time restraints, and minimum accuracy gaps.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer more pay, at least what the average call center is in surrounding areas.

    I worked at SYKES full-time for more than a year

    Pros: good pay, decet managers , they harldy ever drug test… Cons: vacation/ paid time off sucks you only get 40 hours every 6 months and its a max of 60 hours per 6 montths… Advice to Senior Management: stop playing favorites and defend your employees more Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
