“Its deteriorating day after day”
Current Employee – been working at Saba Software
Pros – Work environment is very free and full liberty of doing your own stuff (other than work ;)).
Flexi timing
Good Technologies to work with.
Cons – Management is only experienced in years but not in managing things
It is the leader but works like a startup. Just do it attitude.
Professional and Personal growth is not available.
Fixed only doing the same thing again and again. It gets boring after a while.
Advice to Senior Management – I am tired of providing feedback to management. They are not that concerned. So I wont.
