Current Employee – been working at Saba Software full-time
Pros – - Talentd and engaged employees and tight-knit community
- People are passionate about where the company is headed
- Very innovative product and technology
- Free yummy lunch
Cons – - The company hasn't grown in the last few years, but has plans to address the growth issue
Advice to Senior Management – Trust your employees and let them do their job.
