Pros

Working there allows you to have a great work-life balance.

Cons

No advancement, no adjacent industries for skills applied at Sabre. No profit sharing.

Advice to Senior Management

Either offer advancement opportunities or a share in the future of the business to employees if you want to retain the best talent.

Really? Which business unit did YOU work in!? I can tell you this is not the case for everyone.

True. And with the current round of layoffs, no paycheck for some folks.

I realize a lot of people are just looking for a job right now. And a lot more people are just hoping to be lucky enough to hang on to the one they have (myself included in this group). But at times I wonder if being laid off from Sabre would be such a terrible thing. One thing is for certain, I would feel better about myself at the end of the day, and I would get more sleep!
