“A stable job in a good company”
Former Employee – worked at Sabre
Pros – There is a good work/life balance, and many out of the office activities. Offices are great, and they are equipped with many resources to learn. Depending on the team, you can enjoy the possibility to work from your own place.
Cons – It is difficult to progress professionally. Reviews are performed at a couple of fixed points per year, and it is difficult to get a promotion or a salary increase.
Advice to Senior Management – Employees in every country where Sabre has offices have different needs. You cannot lead with US policies / benefits in countries with radically different rules (e.g. inflation)
