    Pros

    The people are wonderful, the culture is very nice, every employee gets a wide range of benefits

    Cons

    It is difficult to get promotion even if you are a doing 200% of what your colleagues do. The pay could also be better.

    People are working very hard for the company success, you should give them more recongnition

    Pros

    wide selection of projects, interesting subject matter areas

    Cons

    -external people hired to occupy higher positions instead of promoting company people
    -when you have conflict with your manager, company will not help you. they will support your manager.
    -company promotes managers without subject matter expertise or any knowledge, who tell technical people how they should do their job, which has really bad results.
    -long working hours without any compensation.
    -working weekends, bad work/life balance
    -very difficult to get any salary increase

    -appreciate your employees
    -make sure work/life balance is healty
