Pros

- Hardworking and dedicated people

Cons

- Not cutting edge technology work for techies but rather mundane development which wont give this company any edge in long run.
- Senior management not technically savvy, foolish decisions with picking technologies and standards.
- Layoffs year after year results in demoralized workforce

Advice to Senior Management

Need to bring in fresh faces - more enthusiastic and savvy from outside to provide a direction for this company.
