I have been working at Sabre

    Pros

    Friendly atmosphere
    Really smart people
    Commmittment to social responsibility
    Market leader focused on innovation
Flexible with time off and work life balance issues

    Cons

The only thing that can be difficult for me is the commute. However, my team has the flexibility to work flex hours and work a day from home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall, continue to value your employees and take care of any salary inequities that exist. Also, WFH is standard in the tech world and the company needs to be a little more flexible if it wants to attaract thee best IT practitioners.

I have been working at Sabre

    Pros

Progressive, culturaly diverse, good work-life balance. Lots of good talent.

    Cons

Too many 'veterans' who survive thru old boy/girl networks put up barriers to new blood, new ideas. Politics is rife and very pervasive in any position, Director and above.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shake up mid to upper levele management to break down cliques and favoritism. Objectively start measuring contributions of all positions Director and above, and offer retirement packages to low performers.

    No opinion of CEO
