“Part of great parent company.”
Current Employee – been working at Safeco
Pros – Part of a Fortune 100 company. Promote from within culture. New England based parent company with some conservative values. Continuing education.
Cons – Paid work week is only 37 1/2 hours but, salaried employees work over 40. Merging of several different companies that have been acquired by Liberty Mutual.
