I have been working at Safeguard Tubs full-time for more than a year
Pros – Compensation is good. They are one of the companies that I know that is currently hiring sales representatives, and customer service agents constantly to expand the company.
Cons – No Benefits for full time employees
Advice to Senior Management – Manage customers better. Support employees and staff with overall care.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
