    Pros

New CEO seems to be on right track and wants to do the right things for employees and the company.

    Cons

Employees treated as a cost and not valued. Little to no feedback ~ only given in certain departments. You are reminded that you can be replaced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start valuing your employees. Yes men will not make you successful ~ don't be afraid to hire people smarter than you to accomplish your goals.

    Pros

In general, good people (other than upper management)
    Decent benefits
    Good experience in select departments
Lots of potential for the company
    Field & branch interaction

    Cons

Lack of ethics in upper management
Good old boys network (new CEO fit right in)
Frequent change in management & strategic direction
Superiority complex in the self-entitled executive management team
    Corporate politics

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is too caught up in trying to spit out the right words for the Board in an effort to convince them that they're finally going to change things. Maybe they should value their greatest asset - their people. Craycraft claimed to be all about this coming in, but has created his own Good Old Boys network and done little to take the company to the next level. The majority of the leadership team is in place simply because they were in the right place at the right time, when their predecessors bailed, not because they are good for the company.
