Pros

Wages (thanks to the Union)
ability to work nights/weekends if needed
great staff
Hard work but the time goes by fast!

Cons

Use bullying tactics (mystery shoppers, performance reports, quotas to meet) instead of encouragement/incentives.
Working nights/weekends/holidays, starting at 5 am one day, then working until midnight a couple days later

Advice to Management

You've got to make the place somewhere that kids WANT to work (incentives, activities, etc) instead of reprimanding them (bad "shops", etc. ) ; for $10/hr., it's pretty easy to phone in sick/no show when there's a cool party that night instead.
I don't blame them.
The new hires get little more than minimum wage and job pride/customer skills are a thing of the past - look into more training of interpersonal skills (remember the SuperHost program?)

    Pros

Very flexible hours, they told you exactly what they wanted, good pay (above minimum wage), you only had to work holidays if you wanted and you got a good bonus.

    Cons

The work is very meticulous, they have secret shoppers and will talk to you if you don't do perfect, at nights they are often understaffed and when you get slammed it's never fun.

    Advice to Management

Put on more staff later at night, and don't be so meticulous, everyone makes a little bit of an error and well you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
