I have been working at Sage Environmental Consulting

Pros

Talented and hard-working group, with a lot of leading experts in the fold. And everyone is helpful and accessible. It's a good team to be a part of.

Cons

A lot of the work seems unnecessarily tedious. This is more a function of EPA's regulatory framework, though, not a Sage problem.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is doing a good job. Keep up the good work.

I worked at Sage Environmental Consulting full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of autonomy to employees, great pay/benefits, great atmosphere/coworkers, "play-hard/work-ward" attitude is very evident.

    Cons

HIGH turnover, lack of organization (being busy and having stuff to work on is the project technicals responsibility it seems), workload can balloon really quickly (I remember some PTs staying in till 3am a couple of times to finish some permits).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Establish a more cohesive structure within the company, get people to stay longer with competitive wages, it's depressing to have people always leaving.

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I worked at Sage Environmental Consulting

    Pros

Lot's of partying!!! Ok career choice if you are single and young.

    Cons

You must work 60+ hour weeks. If you could work 24/7, management probably still wouldn't be happy. There are some very inappropriate and unproffesional actions between upper management and employees and at times sexual harrassment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People work to live, not the other way around.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
