I worked at Sage Hospitality full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Not much other then good employees but they get fired or quit fast

Cons

Poor pay, poor general manager, poor, poor, poor, bed bugs in entire hotel, broken elevators, broken staff

Advice to ManagementAdvice

the general manager needs to get a grip and stop encouraging the wrong people

    Pros

    Fun place to work. Relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the Central Business District. Business is growing and always changing here.

    Cons

    Can get "political" - but isn't everywhere at times?
