    Pros

    Great and smart people. IT industry pays well. Clock in clock out- if clients are not there, you're not expected to work late.

    Cons

    Too many acquisitions makes for internal operations and systems to be over-complicated. HR tries to create a fun corporate culture, however it comes across as bureaucratic and a little bit boring.

    Advice to Management

    Transparency & communication! Review the core values (Innovation, Trust, Integrity) and ask if the company REALLY represents this :)

    Pros

    Broad customer base. Has some very good people working in the company. Worked with Sage for more than 20 years.

    Cons

    Not as good as it was in the past. Too focused or unfocused. Too much change. On the downslide side of a business' and product lifecycle.
