    Pros

    Very nice people, good work/life balance. Pockets of strong performers who have the passion and drive to make a difference.

    Cons

    Classic big company issues: tolerance of mediocre employee performance, many lifers who hang out as long as they can because they are comfortable and couldn't get job elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Glad you are finally working to integrate all these disparate businesses. Reward your high performers and get rid of the dead wood.

    Pros

    Generally a good, safe place to work, except for management (prone to re-org lay-offs) and customer support. Senior leadership usually plays it safe and doesn't take a lot of risks, which is good in the current economic climate.

    Cons

    Not a lot of room for career development, because there isn't a lot of movement, but there are opportunities depending on which department one's in.

    Invest more money in acquiring and retaining top talent
