Prosgreat, smart, hard working, dedicated staff, opportunity for personal growth and learning

Consconstant re-orgs, large corporate inertia, strategy changes, politics, want to innovate but can't, slow, not agile, US based egocentricity

Advice to Senior Managementdecide on a strategy, have some patience/invest and execute on it. can't grow by acquiring old established competitors products.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
