Respected software company. Great benefits!

ProsIt was common to hear it said that Sage is 'the biggest software company you've never heard of'. Based in the UK with offices all over the U.S. and the world, they own quite a few well-respected business applications. Excellent benefits that start on 1st day, including 3 weeks paid vacation per year, which increase with tenure.

ConsSage began buying existing software companies in the early 2000's and, for the most part, kept operations as they were, tweaking things here and there. I worked in 2 of their offices and both had completely different cultures; loved one of them. As Sage attempted to make improvements over the years, it was painful for many employees and partners.

Advice to Senior ManagementAnother comment heard often from partners, employees, and end-users: 'eat your own dog food'.
