Advice to Senior ManagementKeep moving through your transitions, and keep growing internal staff at all levels. LISTEN to your employees - they will make or break you. Increase your R&D and PM/PMM talent, and invest not in next, but in after next. Keep up with the cross-pollination globally, best practice forums, and training.

    Pros: Good benefits and vacation time. Cons: Very limited promotion potential and VERY few pay increases given annually. Annual bonuses are minimal.
