Senior leadership should not be call "leadership" Most of them are not up to the task and hurt Sage more than they help.

The missteps of previous leadership are felt everyday. The company is an enterprise, almost by accident. The culture breeds "sacred cows" and allows bullies to get their way, regardless of the business needs.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace all of NA IS Leadership. Merge the two biggest divisions and focus on products and sales. Clear out all of the dead weight and replace the senior leadership.
