Pros

The best times weren't specifically with Sage since I worked for a company that Sage purchased, so prior to that life was great. It wasn't awful when Sage came along, so the "best" reasons to work for Sage? Today? Would be to simply have a job since the unemployment rates are aso high.

Cons

Being told your input is so needed and valued, and then to see the negative reaction and/or be outright ignored when you have enough guts to do so is quite degrading. Do what you're told, fake like you care, follow the leader, for me, those were downsides.

Advice to Senior Management

You tell us the focus is on the customer,getting them what they want, to make sure they're happy. It all sounds good during kick-off. Then we get the real news that the only thing that matters is the $$. Yet we still have to make it look likt the customer matters.
