Current Employee – been working at Saint Catherine's Hospital part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Some great people work there that don't get recognized enough!

Cons – Too many chiefs, not enough Indians!

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees when decisions need to be made. Everything is done by the book and it gives you a sense of having no voice in dealing with situations!
