Current Employee – been working at Saint Joseph University
Pros – One month vacation in the summer
A lot of holiday vacations
Nice facilities (insurance, 13 month of salary, Saturday and Sunday are off ...)
Cons – No professional progress
No technical advancement
No recognition for hard work
No career path
No delegations
Decisions always come upside - down
Advice to Senior Management – There's a whole mentality to be changed. They should appreciate the employee, develop his potentials and keep him as an asset.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
