I have been working at Saint Leo University part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Easy work, and a pretty nice place to work. Everyone is friendly. On site cafeteria (though not free). On site Gym and Pool as well.

Cons

Dealing with people is not a very fun thing to do. You have to go slow when talking with students because most don't understand what you are trying to say.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to come up with a solution for employee burn out. Most employees are burnt out. Implement a little fun in the workplace.
