    I have been working at Saks Fifth Avenue full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: Benefits are decent compared to other companies. Your in a clean, cooled… Cons: Low pay, they hire you with grand ideals of making a good income, but you'll live off your hourly, after paying for the decent benefits,… Advice to Senior Management: Stop thinking your above your employees. Your job is to support, protect, and service your people.
