It's a great place to work when you're trying to get a start in the fashion industry, the company is very supportive of their associates and has very high standards for them, so it's a great place for learning.

Cons

There is a lot of down time a certain time of the year, and you do have to deal with a few unbelievably demanding clients, some of which have panic attacks or literally have a nervous break down when they don't get their way, so you do have to have strong service skills.

Make sure all employees are properly trained on store policies and procedures.
