Give you time off when needed. Benefits good.
Cons
Too much pressure for cases. Required to do things not related to job. Behind the times in technology.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up with technology. Get rid of non-performers. Don't put so much pressure on cases; will cause bad stops.
