good company for your resume
when busy you can make good money

Consthey keep some employees who have been there for a long time but arent performing. It costs to much to fire and then rehire so they never let go of those who should be!

Advice to Senior Managementyou need to recognize when there are employees who are negative to have in the department even if they've been there for years
